HOW TO INSERT A NEW ARTICLE OR HOW TO EDIT EXISTING ARTICLES

deutsche version

After you have inserted your article, click einfügen or speichern at the bottom of the page!

thema
A 'Thema' is a category, e.g. 'Residenzpflicht'. If a category is chosen here, the article is being produced automatically into this category.

artikelart
Artikelart classifies the article in a hierarchical way. The 'feature' is the lowest one. Combined with a 'Thema' it appears on the startpage and the themepage. But as soon, as a new one is produced, the older one is pushed downwards. Without a 'Thema', it appears only on the startpage. A 'startspezial' is the leading article of the startpage, which stays as long on the first position, as a new 'startspezial' is produced. A Startspezial should not be connected to a theme. 'Themenspezial' is the leading article on the themepages. It appears only on the assigned themepage. Always assign a theme to it!

haupttitel/untertitel
The 'Haupttitel' ist the main title of the article, situtated above the article in big letters. The 'Untertitel' is a second title, which may be 255 characters long. it is situated in between 'Titel' and 'Abstract'

ort
'Ort' are geographical places. Never use things like 'worldwide'. The 'Ort' is always being published just in front of the title.

urheberIn
'UrheberIn' means author. An author indicated in the textfield has priority over an author chosen from the popup-menu. Enter a group name or look for groups in the popup-menu, if your text is not written by a single person. Publishing real names is a sensible matter.

kontaktinfos
contact informations might be published here. Keep in mind the sensibility of such data!

abstract
An abstract is a short, preliminary text, being situated before the content of the article. it should roughly outline what the article is about. it is a sort of teaser and may attract people to read on.

inhalt / html
The main content. The button 'html' may be checked, if you use HTML-data. The default is ascii (normal) text. In the case of HTML, delete all unnecessary french quotings ( '>', '<') and the header and footer part of the HTML-file.

kommentar
An internal comment is useful to communicate with other people using the production system, e.g. an article is not yet ready and therefore should not be published or an articel has been changed . Use this function to raise teamwork!

freigeschaltet
This button signifies if the article will be uploaded with the next production from the dataspace into the www. It may be unchecked again, so in the next production this article is not any longer in the www.
