After a new feature is being produced, the new one will be the most upper feature on a page, all other features move downwards. It is not possible to keep a feature precisely on one position. A feature may be associated to a themepage, then it appaers on this themepage and the startpage. Without a theme, it appears only on the startpage. It will only vanish, if a new one is being marked as themenspezial. Then it should be classified as feature, else it gets lost. Please do always assign a theme to a themenspezial.
