test-pread.sh: clean up

* tests/test-pread.sh: Don't refer to $builddir. Just use equivalent ".".
* modules/pread-tests (TESTS_ENVIRONMENT): Don't export builddir.
That is unnecessary, since it's always ".".
Suggestion from Eric Blake.
