bootstrap: allow FreeBSD gzip

$ gzip --version > /dev/null
FreeBSD gzip 20100407

* build-aux/bootstrap (get_version): Parse FreeBSD gzip version,
which has no '.' and goes to stderr.
* build-aux/bootstrap.conf (buildreq): Improve the sample file.
