maint.mk: sc_prohibit_path_max_allocation: don't FP for UNIX_PATH_MAX

* top/maint.mk (sc_prohibit_path_max_allocation): Avoid false-positive
match for symbols like UNIX_PATH_MAX. Reported by Richard W.M. Jones
