strtoumax: port to Solaris 8

This problem was introduced in the recent HP-UX patch.

* modules/strtoumax (Depends-on): Test HAVE_STRTOUMAX
and REPLACE_STRTOUMAX rather than ac_cv_func_strtoumax.
