Added some tips for troubleshooting.

First release. Works for compiling. Permission not included because
ant lacks task to set file ownership, yet. It can only set the permissions
of a file and this is definately not enough for us.

handleUserError for Mir.java.

a bunch of bufixes and also a new ServletModuleUserException so that we
can return a nice error page for user errors. (like forgetting to add a
title.)

Added a trailing slash to the images directory.

Ok, big merge. here's the new xml-config stuff in action. There's a few
things that need further fine tuning. Like finding a nice way to have common
config items like home be shared.

definitely still at a beta stage. I figure commiting now will get the ball rolling again.

Please not that right now the config is only initialized in OpenMir.. so
OpenMir must be run first!! Also MirConfig is still used!! Most config items
have not been converted yet! only the stuff under mir/storage is 100% converted!

The rest is just tedious stuff mainly...

Added specific mp3 media handler. modified RealAudio handler to inherit from
Audio handler. modified populate_mediatyp.sql

Added security advice to INSTALL.mir concerning readability of log files
containing password information.

modified this code to use the newer media handling routines.

images seem to work more or less fine. may need some tweaking. they show up on the edit menu at this point, at least. hoorah.

theoretically, one could use this same Module "as-is" to add
non-image media to media folders and articles. results will probably be unpredictable and potentially amusing.

added jaxp-1.1 to pre-requisites.

added the reflection stuff to call the set* method in each class to set a property

minor step towards making web.xml tomcat 4.0 compatible.

Cleaned up DatabaseContentToTopics.java. The set-method now only deletes the entries that have to be deleted and sets only the entries have to be set. So it is the first step to a more intelligent ProducerTopic-Method.

got rid of stallman compatibility hack.. stallman is broken the way it is anyway
