feature: a feature is always situated under the first article of the startpage or a theme-page. After a new feature is being produced, the new one will be the most upper feature on a page, all other features move downwards. It is not possible to keep a feature precisely on one position. A feature may be associated to a themepage, then it appaers on this themepage and the startpage. Without a theme, it appears only on the startpage. A feature is, seen in a hierarchical view, an ordinary article. -

themenspezial: if themenspezial and a theme is marked, then this article will be the leading article of the theme. It will only vanish, if a new one is being marked as themenspezial. Then it should be classified as feature, else it gets lost. Please do always assign a theme to a themenspezial. -

startspezial: if startspezial and nothing else (no theme) is marked, then this article will be the first and leading article of the startpage. It will only vanish, if a new one is being marked as startspezial. It doesn't make any sense to connect a startspezial with a theme.

Die eigentliche Bildermaske hat folgende Funktionen:

medienmappe: - das Bild kann einem mediafolder zugeordnet werden. -

titel: ein ausdrucksstarker Titel, der auch veröffentlicht werden kann, macht ein Bild erst prickelig. -

beschreibung: nicht immer ist klar, in welchem Kontext ein Bild steht. Hier sollte in knappen Worten erläutert werden, was auf dem Bild zu sehen ist. -

datum: tja, das Datum, an dem das Bild geschossen wurde. -

ort: Bei "ort" sollen immer nur geographische - Orte eingetragen werden. Also nicht so etwas wie "bundesweit", "netz" oder - "ueberall". -

urheberIn: wer hat das Bild geschossen? -

stichworte: nach Stichworten kann in der Datenbank gesucht werden, deshalb ist eine kleine Liste signifikanter Stichworte für das Bild sehr sinnvoll. -

kommentar: ein interner Kommentar kann anderen, die im Prodsys arbeiten, helfen, mit Bildern korrekt umzugehen, z.B. ein Bild nicht vor einem bestimtmen Datum zu veröffentlichen. -

quelle: Wenn das Bild nicht selbstgeschossen wurde, sondern von Dritten stammt, z.B. einer Nachrichtenagentur, kann hier eine Angabe stehen. Da die rechtliche Verfolgung unerlaubt publiziertem 'geistigen Eigentums' derzeit ziemlich stringent vonstatten geht, ist es angeraten, nur Bilder zu veröffentlichen, deren UrheberIn einverstanden damit sind. Im Zweifelsfall 'quelle' leerlassen und einen internen Kommentar schreiben (siehe 9.). -

The mask for editing pictures has the following functions:

titel: a strong and expressive title, that also may be published, helps the picture to become more interesting and relevant. -

beschreibung: a picture itself may not express its context, therefore here should be told in short, what the picture contains. -

datum: the date, when the picture has been shot. -

ort: place should always indicate a geographical place. Do not write "internet" or "world-wide". -

urheberIn: who has taken the picture? -

stichworte: a keyword, that is used in the databank-search. It is very useful to provide significant keywords for a picture to help finding it again in the right context. -

kommentar: an internal comment may help others who are working in the production system to use the picture in the way it is intended, e.g. that this picture should be published before a special date. -

quelle: if the picture has not been taken by you, but by third persons, e.g. press-agencies, a remark can be made here. Because the persecution of illegally published stuff, which is copyrighted by others, is being on the rise, it is strongly advised to limit the publication of pictures to those, whose copyright-owners do agree with the (re-)publication. If in doubt, leave 'quelle' empty and write an internal comment (see 8.). -
