doc: mention more functions added in cygwin 1.7.0

* doc/posix-headers/limits.texi (limits.h): Update for recent
cygwin additions.
* doc/posix-headers/wordexp.texi (wordexp.h): Likewise.
* doc/posix-functions/wordexp.texi (wordexp): Likewise.
* doc/posix-functions/wordfree.texi (wordfree): Likewise.
* doc/posix-functions/setlocale.texi (setlocale): Likewise.
