+ <LI> <STRONG>titel</STRONG>: ein ausdrucksstarker Titel, der auch veröffentlicht werden kann, macht ein Bild erst prickelig.

+ <LI> <STRONG>beschreibung</STRONG>: nicht immer ist klar, in welchem Kontext ein Bild steht. Hier sollte in knappen Worten erläutert werden, was auf dem Bild zu sehen ist.

+ <LI> <STRONG>datum</STRONG>: tja, das Datum, an dem das Bild geschossen wurde.

+ <LI> <STRONG>ort</STRONG>: Bei "ort" sollen immer nur geographische

+ "ueberall".

+ <LI> <STRONG>kommentar</STRONG>: ein interner Kommentar kann anderen, die im Prodsys arbeiten, helfen, mit Bildern korrekt umzugehen, z.B. ein Bild nicht vor einem bestimtmen Datum zu veröffentlichen.

+ <LI> <STRONG>quelle</STRONG>: Wenn das Bild nicht selbstgeschossen wurde, sondern von Dritten stammt, z.B. einer Nachrichtenagentur, kann hier eine Angabe stehen. Da die rechtliche Verfolgung unerlaubt publiziertem 'geistigen Eigentums' derzeit ziemlich stringent vonstatten geht, ist es angeraten, nur Bilder zu veröffentlichen, deren UrheberIn einverstanden damit sind. Im Zweifelsfall 'quelle' leerlassen und einen internen Kommentar schreiben (siehe 9.).

+ <LI> <STRONG>kommentar</STRONG>: an internal comment may help others who are working in the production system to use the picture in the way it is intended, e.g. that this picture should be published before a special date.

+ <LI> <STRONG>quelle</STRONG>: if the picture has not been taken by you, but by third persons, e.g. press-agencies, a remark can be made here. Because the persecution of illegally published stuff, which is copyrighted by others, is being on the rise, it is strongly advised to limit the publication of pictures to those, whose copyright-owners do agree with the (re-)publication. If in doubt, leave 'quelle' empty and write an internal comment (see 8.).
