+ <LI> <STRONG>kommentar</STRONG>: an internal comment may help others who are working in the production system to use the picture in the way it is intended, e.g. that this picture should be published before a special date.

+ <LI> <STRONG>quelle</STRONG>: if the picture has not been taken by you, but by third persons, e.g. press-agencies, a remark can be made here. Because the persecution of illegally published stuff, which is copyrighted by others, is being on the rise, it is strongly advised to limit the publication of pictures to those, whose copyright-owners do agree with the (re-)publication. If in doubt, leave 'quelle' empty and write an internal comment (see 8.).

+ <LI> <STRONG>stichworte</STRONG>: a keyword, that is used in the databank-search. It is very useful to provide significant keywords for a mediafolder to help finding it again in the right context.
