use the MRUCache for pdfs.
speeds things up a lot(takes like 2 seconds to generate a pdf, and tens of milliseconds
to pull one out of the cache)

a dos when we start storing pdfs in memory(real soon now!)

added a cgi-query only class for portland

basically, you can do

search_hasMedia= x where x is *one* of {hasImages,hasAudio,hasVideo}

in your form logic and it will do the right thing when it returns the search results.

basically an alternate for :
